75. Primetime dodjela nagrada Emmy odgođena je zbog dva hollywoodska štrajka, no sinoć se ipak održala te su “The Bear”, “Beef” i “The Last of Us” osvojili najviše nagrada. Posebnu nagradu dobio je i Elton John koji je time postao novi EGOT dobitnik (skupio je nagrade Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony) time što je osvojio nagradu za “Elton John Live: Farewell from Dodger Stadium”.
“The Bear” je sinoć osvojio deset Emmyja, “Beef” i “The Last of Us” po osam, “Succession” šest, “Welcome to Wrexham” i “The White Lotus” pet te “Still: A Michael J. Fox Story” i “Wednesday” po četiri.
