“Queen: Days Of Our Lives“, novi je dokumentarac o grupi Queen, a svoj službeni datum izlaska na DVD i Blu-Ray formatima doživjet će 28. studenog, putem novog im izdavača Universal Music.
Podijeljen na dva dijela – “Part One (1970 – 1980)” i “Part Two (1980 – 2011)“, dokumentarac na kojem su punih deset godina radili stari im suradnici i fanovi, komičar Rhys Thomas, Simon Lupton te poznati redatelj Matt Casey, donosi cjeloviti uvid u četiri desetljeća dugu karijeru jednog od najznačajnijih i najvećih bendova u povijeti rocka uopće, od 1970. – godine njegova formiranja pa sve do današnjih dana.
Osim jubilarnih 40 godina osnutka benda, objavom spomenutog dokumentarca također se obilježava točno dva desetljeća smrti originalnog im frontmena Freddiea Mercurya, koji je preminuo 24. studenog 1991.
Za razliku od standardnog DVD formata, na Blu-Ray formatu također se naći nekolicina pridodanog bonus materijala u vidu intervjua.
Tijekom svoje karijere Queen su objavili 26 albuma koje su prodali u tiraži od preko 300 milijuna primjeraka, a uživo ih je vidjela 1.2 milijarda ljudi.

– In 1977, cameras filmed Queen recording a new version of the song for the promo video. This video shows the band performing and mixing this unreleased version in two live takes. – In 1991 Queen hit the charts with a No.1 album and single, Innuendo. Creatively the band were reinvigorated, their material better than ever, but beneath the surface, they all had to face the fact that Freddie was seriously ill and time was running out.
Made In Heaven
– Roger and Brian talk about the making of the last Queen album, Made In Heaven, working with Freddie in his final weeks, as well and working with the material he had recorded after he had passed away and the emotional distress it caused.
Return To Imperial
