Frontmen benda Wilco, Jeff Tweedy, napisao je dvije pjesme za novi album legendarne američke blues i gospel pjevačice Mavis Staples, koji je također i producirao.
Album nosi ime “You Are Not Alone“, i pored Tweedovih pjesama (po jednoj je nazvan album) sadrži i interpretacije pjesama Randya Newmana, Johna Fogertya i Allena Toussainta, prenosi stranica Pitchfork.
Album izlazi sredinom rujna.
Posljednji studijski album (“We’ll Never Turn Back“) Staples je objavila 2007. godine.
