Pokojni John Denver dobit će u veljači tribute album na kojem će sudjelovati čitav niz izvođača.
“The Music is You: A Tribute to John Denver” poklopit će se s 15. obljetnicom smrti kantautora i 40. obljetnicom objave pjesme “Rocky Mountain High”.
Među izvođačima koji će izvesti njegove najveće hitove, ali i neke ne baš često izvođene pjesme bit će Dave Matthews, Lucinda Williams (još nije poznato koju će pjesmu odabrati), Mary Chapin Carpenter, My Morning Jacket, J Mascis, Brandi Carlisle i Train.
Prihod od prodaje albuma namijenjen je Denverovom centru za očuvanje okoliša.
